Responsibilities:

• Forge and sustain a profit-generating client network by adeptly placing Renewable Energy Specialists in the UK.
• Undertake new sales ventures and business development, curate and retain a prospect list, and transform prospects into enduring partnerships.
• Curate robust talent reservoirs via candidate networking, aligning with client requirements.
• Surpass monthly financial benchmarks.
• Furnish management with precise fee projections.

Candidate Qualifications:

• A solid 5 years' minimum in the recruitment sector.

Working Hours and Location:

• Core hours: 9am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday, with flexibility available.
• Remote Working: Home-based employment.

Compensation and Perks:

• An annual wage range of £30,000 to £40,000 +, based on expertise.
